I went to Caverns (just past the old Keebler place..lol )with my friend Jess. We got to sift through dirt for gemstones. We found rubys, crystal points, and pyrite. It was really fun. The caverns went 80 feet deep. I also got to open a geode. Jess and I were the first people to see inside. it was cool!

Sacramento zoo

Yes I know we have an addiction to the zoo, so you all have to suffer looking at zoo pics once again. This was Sacramento Zoo about 1:45 from where we live (and ya it was nice out about 15C, just had to throw that in). We saw a 2 headed giraffe, well not really it just looked that way when we first saw it, it was funny.

Hello all I know it has been a few months since our last post, so we figured that now is a good time as we just got back from a trip to Calgary where we were treated to beautiful weather and a great time at the zoo. A lot of the exhibits were closed for improvement, but there were still many thing to see, and some new arrivals. There was supposed to be a baby elephant, but we saw not sign of it. We did see a gaggle of gosslings....Very cute. So we hope that you enjoy the photos. On our way home from Calgary we stopped at Eryn's grandparents place and we did some work in their garden. It was nice to get a little green on the thumbs again.
