Sledding at Elkwater

Today started out looking quite wintery. Upon looking out the window there was a fresh dusting of snow and a bit of fog clinging to the ground. We decided that it would be a good day to try out our now sleds that we got for x-mas. So, after a good breakfast, we put on out snow gear and drove to Elkwater(a park about 45 min outside Medicine hat). There was a lot more snow there so it was not hard to find a good hill to race down. As you can see in the photos there was a bit more than sledding going on...there may have been a few snowballs thrown. We had lots of fun out there but were ready to come home. We are supposed to get a bit more snow tonight which means that I will be doing a bit of shoveling tomorrow..............

Lake Louise

Eryn Had to shoot a wedding in Lake Louise. We had good fun althought it was very cold....we woke up one morning to the temperature of -30C. Fricken cold!!!!! But we drove home later that day to thaw out....we did stop in Banff and had lunch as well as visited a few shops....we make it home just in time to Go to Rhys's (Eryn's Nephew) Birthday.

The Willards

Well as you all know we became a family on July 8th 2006. Our son Brenden keeps us laughing, he's such a character. Brenden is in grade 3 and is doing very well, especially on his spelling. He's involved in fencing and he just loves it. Kevin is working on becoming a Canadian citizen and writing his thesis, while i run the photography studio. We all love watching greys anatomy together and playing board games. In the summer we hope to do more camping and fishing this year and visiting as many of you as possible. :)
